There are many ways a shoulder can go sideways, but this complicated joint deserves to be happy. In this two-day workshop, join Allison as she dives into what makes the shoulder move, unpacks common dysfunctions, and demonstrates approaches for shoulder health that work.

We will look at the anatomy of the shoulder, explore the extrinsic and intrinsic structures, and refine our palpation for more detailed work.

You will get a closer, practical look at the muscles and connecting structures that live here.
